A friend of mine worked at Randox. He said that the place was a pure circus run by a bunch of half with clowns. Im still thinking of applying just for the laugh.

Ill take a couple of months wages off these jokers while I search for a real job. Does anyone know what the sales or marketing department is like?

Have seen lots of positive spin put on this blog by the pr company Randpox have hired to sabotage the truthful blogs, another example of money leaking from this dump. A few positive posts from marketing also, doesn't Hide the truth. RANDOX IS THE WORST COMPANY IN BIOTECH TO WORK FOR

Have no experience being a customer or supplier at Randox but id say the service level is pretty good considering how hard staff work.

This is not the sort of place that you will thrive in if your full of great ideas or have progressive attitude. Unless your willing to keep your mouth closed and pretty much agree with the regime you will be out the door before your first polo tournament. I worked there from 2006 - 2008 and staff were treated pretty poorly. Staff turnover is also pretty unreal - probably in the region of 40 percent per year... kind of crazy but true.

Have to say this company is the most flexible manufacturer I have used. Only company out there willing to listen you as a customer directly. I had a specific need and they provided me with a specific product to match these needs. Other companies just brushed me aside or never called me back. Thanks for all the help.

I went to a interview with the Almac Group. Now that was a interesting day. You know one of those stinkers were you just hit a blank and can't for the life of you find the answer to any question even though you know you know. I'm not sure what they thought of me but I sure do hope we never meet again or I will be more than em brassed.

I think that a good rumor is loosely based on fact but a least 70% fiction. Its also very true that it is in the way the rumor is told. A good rumor needs to be fictional but at the same time not too fictional as to sound implausible.

After all this site is called rumor mill is it not? I find the idea of posting fact on a rumor site slightly absurd? To be totally honest I find facts boring and much prefer a good rumor. So can we please end this weary business of stating everything with a large FACT after it. Or shall I just get a everyone a big red stamp?

What is so bad about working at Randox/

Hi, I have an application form posted out to me for a job in sales for Randox in this current recruitment drive, I would appreciate any comments on this for a Business Development Executive role as from what I see it does sound worrying but would like to see if anyone has any idea of the role and what is expected outside the norm and if anyone has anything good to say of it as they do seem to employ a large workforce so some must be happy!.

I hear Norbrook isnt a great place to work but they treat their staff better than Randox. In the same boat myself. Looking for a job but opportunities are slim on the ground. At lease 10 people have told me to stay well clear of Randox. It must be pretty bad.

Looking at a few positions in last weeks 'Belfast Telegraph'. Should I apply to this company? Is it as bad as Norbrook? What are Invest NI doing about this as they are pumping millions in support into the company?

Could Randox have threatened or coerced Biofind to take down the previous blogs? Behaviour that is fairly typically Randox
